How Does Team Builder Work?
In this peer-driven internal survey program, we first define your brand standard for Internal Service Quality – how your employees should be serving each other. Then we map team dependencies across all functional areas. We train your managers and departmental leads on how to coach to the expected service behaviors. All employees learn the purpose and benefits of the program, and are introduced by their managers to the internal service standards. Managers begin to inspire and develop their teams toward interactions that reflect these service standards. Then we launch the formal survey rotation to capture team-level, peer-to-peer feedback, which is initially reviewed by a designated internal quality team to identify and remove barriers to internal service quality. Through the EXP Actionable Analytics Portal, managers are equipped with team-level analytics for effectively coaching, guiding and developing their teams in serving one another well.
